Hi Francesco,
can you try the following (compile by hand):

go into one of the SubProcesses/P0* directory
and type

make clean
make gensym
echo 1 | ./gensym
make test_ME
./test_ME < ../../test_ME_input.txt
export madloop=true
make check_poles
./check_poles ../../check_poles_input.txt

and tell me what error you get and at which stage?
Thanks,

Marco

sorry, i think I messed up the people who have raised two very similar bugs...

Thanks,

Marco

Hi Marco,

apologies for not getting around to this earlier. Failure is at 'make check_poles', starts with an undefined reference to `qlinit_'.
Is this provided by some dependency or is it internal?

It appears to be same issue reported here:

Thanks,
