Fiscal Close does not update the fund in Distribution Formulas

The fiscal close process is not updating the fund that is set in a distribution formula. The fund remains set to the fund for the previous fiscal year. When the distribution formula is applied to a PO, amounts are debited from the previous fiscal year's fund, even though that fund is inactive. Funds in distribution formulas should automatically updated to the new fiscal year during fiscal close, just as encumbered funds in line items are updated.

Observed in 2.7.2 but probably goes further back.

Does anyone know if this is still happening? Does having "Rollover Distribution Formulae Funds" set to true help/affect this? Most of my people haven't been using distribution formulas, so I can't confirm or deny.

I've tested this on version 3.1.8 of the XUL client and 3.2.4 of the web client and this is no longer an issue. My guess is it was fixed as part of Bug #1478712. Marking Fix Released.
