Bug Description
This SRU cycle would roll the module forward to v4.2-rc3. No core-drm/SAUCE changes needed, so no cert testing required either.
on top of v4.2-rc3 is one commit from -next that fixes a divide-by-zero issue when counting the watermark on SKL.

This has been tested on an OEM machine and Intel 2-in-1 laptop SDP (no S3 though, it kills the machine)
