DM: ModuleId name for device manager is not consistent with other modules

It's called DeviceManager whereas others are called contrail-control,
contrail-collector etc.

contrail-device-manager is the process name and hence module-id should also be the same, this is analogous with contrail-api/schema.

BTW, the screen attached no longer exists.

Module name for device manager was not consistent with the service name of device manager.

Fixed the module name to contrail-device-manager which is consistent with the service name.
