Need to have a delete_virtual_network() method in PhysicalRouter class

We have set_virtual_network_list() and add_virtual_network() in PhysicalRouter class

While these can be used to delete a VN from the physical router, we should also have a delete_virtual_network() method for easier usage

del_virtual_network method is available in the PhysicalRouter class.
