[Gutsy] Use Tango styled icon for Inkscape

Now that the Tango icon theme has been removed from Gutsy, Inkscape has reverted back to the original, flat Inkscape icon.
This icon does not match the rest of the Tango styled icons, and should be replaced.

I can reintroduce the tango style inkscape icon in tangerine, but it would be better to have inkscape shipping that icon in the first place, that's an inkscape bug to my eyes and overriding the it's icon is like hiding that bug istead of fixing it.

Can we file a bug with them to ship the new icon by default but in the meantime go ahead and include it in Tangerine?

Why the Tango icon theme was removed anyway?

I think that the Tango icon theme was created as a example of the new Tango guidelines.
Now that Tangerine has taken its place, they think its not needed anymore.

Marking as won't fix since no proposed icon (and associated patch) was included in the report. Further, Inkscape may be providing Tango icons in its next release so we would use those in preference to ubuntu-specific ones anyway.

Bryce, as I understand this bug, its about the application launcher icon, not the icons in the inkscape interface.
It has been reported (and fixed?) here https://bugs.launchpad.net/inkscape/+bug/169791
