Files missing from libopensc2 package

Binary package hint: libopensc2

/usr/lib/onepin-opensc-pkcs11.so , .la and .a files are not included in libopensc2 package (nor in any other packages).
This causes some cards (e.g. Estonian ID card) to ask for PIN2 although only PIN1 is required.

Additionally, /usr/lib/opensc-pkcs11.a and /usr/lib/pkcs11-spy.a aren't installed either, I'm not sure if they should be or not.

Confirmed, makes using ID card inconvenient.
Please get the fix in for Gutsy, so we wouldn't have to supply all estonian Gutsy machines with custom opensc :P

The attached patch installs /usr/lib/onepin-opensc-pkcs11.so and .la and fixes the PIN2 issue.
Note however that it does not install the .a files.
