Bug Description
*critical for data processing*
In the Data Processing UI (Sahara), in each of the panels that have "Create X" buttons to create each object, those create buttons are currently resulting in a non-modal form that is broken.

It does look like more than just Data Processing is affected. Upon chatting in IRC, it sounds like they are tracking this issue.
