1.8beta6: not filter for tags doesn't work

Bug Description

When i filter: tags!hw-ok, I get many nodes that have hw-ok in the result list.

Looks like both status:(!Allocated) and status:!(Allocated) for inverting the filter on at least status (although I think the former is the desired / supported syntax). Just tried tags:(!virtual). Perhaps the inversion flag hasn't been added to tag filtering yet.

It's not that the inversion doesn't get applied. It is applied but it fails
to filter correctly on any field that holds an array because it will be
true if one of the tags doesn't match the inverted tag. This needs to be
changed for arrays to make sure the value doesn't exist in the entire array.
