Bug Description

Binary package hint: gparted

In Gutsy Gparted menu entry is not translated. It's name in menu is just "Partition Editor".

Gparted is 100% translated into Finnish (string "Partition Editor" is also translated). But gparted.desktop doesn't include translations to it's name into any language:
 --snip--
 Name=Partition Editor
 Comment=GNOME Partition Editor
 Comment[bg]=Редактор на дялове на диск за GNOME
 Comment[ca]=Editor de particions del GNOME
 --snip--

Hi,
Thanks for your bug report. Translation errors, and missing translations are handled by https://translations.launchpad.net/, your bug will receive a better response if you report it there.

To be able to use translations from Launchpad for .desktop files, the .desktop files must have a line like:
X-Ubuntu-Gettext-Domain=TRANSLATION_DOMAIN where TRANSLATION_DOMAIN is the one used by the application, in this case, 'gparted'.
