Bug Description

The CPU monitor will spike and mate-notification-daemon is the culprit.

This usually occurs when I awake from suspend, connect or disconnect from a network, connect or disconnect my bluetooth mouse, etc. I have to go in and kill the process to get the CPU down to normal range.

Normally, I get a notification that X is connected / disconnected, etc.
The notification never comes and the CPU spikes.
I expect the notification without the high CPU spike.

This is my first bug report that I remember and I'll certainly be happy to give any information I can.

Ubuntu MATE 15.04 64 Bit
I'm sporting a Lenovo Yoga 2 11"
4 GB RAM, Intel Pentium 2.16 Ghz quad core
Kernel 3.19
mate-notification-daemon version: 1.8.2-1

Please can you test this on a live session using Ubuntu MATE 15.10 daily. Blueman has been upgraded to 2.0, now uses BlueZ 5.34 and mate-notification-daemon has been upgraded to 1.10.
