Please make kate (or kwrite, kedit) primary handler for text files instead of OOo

Bug Description

It is not optimal to have OpenOffice (takes forever to open on most systems) as primary choice for handling all
kinds of text files. Please make kate/krwite/kedit the default in KDE's file association setup for *.txt and other
ASCII file extensions (also for files without a . (dot) extension, such as README or ChangeLog).

Besides taking a long time to open, OOo is really not the nicest choice for editing simple text files, or hacking
code for that matter.
