text/plain should not be associated with OpenOffice.org by default

Bug Description

I am testing the Kubuntu Hoary Preview Live CD.

When I click on a link to a file with MIME type "text/plain" such as
<https://svn.endbracket.net/michael/conf/bashrc>, OpenOffice.org Writer is invoked to view the file.

OpenOffice is far too large an application to invoke for arbitrary text files. A text editor such
as KEdit or Kate (or indeed any relevant GNOME application) would be far quicker to start and likely
be more appropriate for editing small notes and configuration files (providing syntax highlighting,
etc.).

I don't know where KDE's MIME types are configured and dpkg says nothing
owns /usr/share/mime/text/plain.xml, so hopefully kdebase is a reasonable guess.

This was actually the fault of Kate for not setting an InitialPreference. Fixed in a recent
upload of kdebase.
