Live mode doesn't start, ASUS G550JK-CN287H

Laptop ASUS G550JK-CN287H. After pressing "Try Ubuntu MATE without installing" on the black grub screen, the splash screen with five white dotes appears and stays forever. The OS is not booted after ten minutes waiting. Another computer boots ok with the same USB stick. The image was wrote on the stick by command
sudo dd if=vivid-desktop-amd64.iso of=/dev/sdc
The checksum of the iso is proper.

OS: Ubuntu MATE 15.04, build 17-Apr-2015 21:26
Arch: amd64
Not boots on platform: ASUS G550JK-CN287H
Boots on platform: motherboard MSI 870-C45, processor AMD Athlon II X4 650, videocard ASUS ENGTS450

If you press the escape key when you see the five white dots, can you see any system messages?

I made about 10 attempts to boot and 2 of them get success! I wasn't notice some relation. Maybe it's about keyboard backlight.

It says rebooting in 30 seconds, but it's actually freeze.

I saved the dmesg log from one of the success boots, it is in the attachment. Also, every live session after success boot have had invisible cursor.

Can you also test stock Ubuntu or Xubuntu to let me know if this issue is specific to Ubuntu MATE please?

Stock Ubuntu and Xubuntu, builded at 21-Apr-2015, have the same problem, with the only difference that the cursor is visible.

Except I can get the live mode to start (sort of), because I see the initial screen to try or install, but it doesn't actually let me start trying it. I've tried several times and have not had success.
