Bug Description
My laptop is connected to a larger LCD monitor. Resolution is not correct for login screen in the LCD. However, it is ok after introducing username and password.

I got the same issue. In fact the resolution is ok but the background image isn(t resized. After inputing my credentials the backgroung image has the correct size.
