  erroneous package!

This message is automatically generated by the autopkgtest package
testing system. You are receiving it because:
The test results appear to indicate a problem with the package
and reports for package maintainers for gutsy are being directed to
 <email address hidden>

The test log, which is intended to be sufficient to diagnose most
failures, can be found below. However, in case this is not
sufficient, another copy can be found along with output files, saved
temporary files, and so on, at:
 http://autopkgtest.ubuntu.com/autopkgtest-output/

The test environment is an amd64 Xen guest with limited amounts of
memory. The relevant dependencies are installed for each test but
very few other packages. Most autopkgtest reports are FTBFS problems.

If you have any questions about this service please contact me at:

Regards,
Ian

Cannot confirm.

The package builds fine in a i386 pbuilder.

Maybe this failure was caused by some temporary error (a damaged patch file, caused by "/dev/mem: mmap: Bad address")?

Please stop closing these bugs just because they work fine in
pbuilder.

No, that is very unlikely.

Ian.

Based on applying patch kubuntu_00_sip-4.7 to ./ ... failed. I was expecting it to likely fail if I built it twice in a row in a chroot. It didn't. Builds twice in a row just fine. If someone can figure out how to replicate this one, I'll be glad to try and work it out.

Package also builds twice in a row in a clean chroot using dkpg-buildpackage. This is either resolved due to a change in the packages on which it depends or not reproduceable. Hints on reproducing this would be useful.

Are there automated package build tests running somewhere already for Hardy, which may confirm this?
