Bug Description

Mozilla Firefox in gutsy seems to have problems with elements with position:fixed. When I scroll down this page:
http://www.atomicfridge.net/forum/
the bar duplicates all down the page, meaning I am unable to view what is underneath. I cannot take a screenshot of this, as when I do, the duplicate bars vanish.

To reproduce, simply visit the site and scroll down the page.
