Thank you for your bug. Could you run gconf-editor, activate the /apps/nautilus-cd-burner/debug key, run nautilus-cd-burner from a command line and copy the log to the bug?

I tried to burn a Ubuntu 7.04 iso file that was named u.iso

    nautilus-cd-burner u.iso

The results were: Unable to create CD/DVD. No files were selected.

Seems that I have something funny going on. Maybe an incomplete install?

One more item. The system is a dual boot so I verified that I can write a
CD using Windows XP

the correct syntax is "nautilus-cd-burner --source-iso=image.iso"

Sorry I haven't gotten back to you. Using the correct syntax wrote the
disk. Now I am looking at why Nautilus is not configured correctly??

That's weird, the command does the same thing as the menu entry, do you still get the bug?

Go ahead an close the bug report. Everything works OK now??? Don't really
understand what is different, though I have had a number of updates in the
past month. I work in software development and know how tough it is to get
a bug report that goes away without any explanation. I don't think it was
operator error.

Keep up the good work, as the rest of us out here appreciate your efforts.
