Bug Description
When given a long password (threshold is somewhere between 27 and 32 characters), the Windows agent instead sends a blank password in the HTTP header. I believe that the configuration parser is truncating the encrypted password string in the config file, rendering it unintelligible and causing the decryption algorithm to return an empty result.
This does not affect the Linux agent.
