Bug Description
When importing or drag'n'dropping from file manager the fill is lost on the rect / circle.
Steps to replicate:
1. Download the attached test.svg
2. Open a new Inkscape window
3. Drag or import the test.svg into this new window.
You can see the gradient working normally by File->Open-ing the test.svg file.
Using latest Inkscape 0.91

Thank you for taking the time to file this report - the issue is known (gradients defined directly in document root are not correctly imported via 'File > Import' or Drag&Drop) and already tracked in /bugs.launchpad .net/inkscape/ +bug/609101
