Impossible to upload subtitles

Bug Description
The problem is that after you click upload, the system gives an error all the time:
"Error: Can not load subtitles, sorry."
The type is srt subtitle, and the language, Basque. The remaining fields in the template are well padded and I found and associates the movie via IMDB correctly.
I fail to understand what is the reason for the error.
Also I have tried loading it directly on the web Subtitles.org but I get the same error.
Just in case, I attach de original file to upload

I had this kind of problem in the past, today I tried to upload a subtitle and it went just fine.
Could you try again?
