Hi. It is nearly impossible to see the contents on screen in that video. However, you can only submit ratings/reviews for apps which are installed on your phone. If the app is not installed, you cannot submit a review for it.

It's installed. I knew that ;) I'll try to record another video, but I reset the phone serveral times and always it's happening with a different application.
Best regards!

I get this frequently as well.
I search for an app in the scope, don't see the form to add my review in the preview. If I go back and forth a few times, the form eventually shows up.
This is on r102.

@Rodney: I'm afraid that I can't create a better video with my older phone.

In other case, I uploaded 2 examples here with 2 apps that I usually use all day:
https://copy.com/gCVL9geLgCX83quj
In those pictures, after the "News" field:
- Rating Telegram is not working (or hidden?)
- Rating Twitter is working.

In my test I found another thing:
WORKS:
1. Click in Ubuntu icon > that opens the apps scope
2. Long press in Telegram > that opens the app in the Ubuntu Store > OK! > Telegram has the rating fields.

NOT WORKS 1:
1. Click in Ubuntu icon > that opens the apps scope
2. Click in Ubuntu Store
3. Click in Communications category
4. Click in Telegram > Bug, I can't rating

NOT WORKS 2:
1. Click in Ubuntu icon > that opens the apps scope
2. Click in Ubuntu Store
3. Search Telegram
4. Click in Telegram icon result > Bug, I can't rating (see my attachment)

As I said, I reset my phone a few times and all the times I had this issue, but with different applications.
Today, with this test I can't rating in communications category: Telegram, FB, Gmail scopes, ebay.

I'm able to reproduce this with the bq Ubuntu Phone. The only reliable way of getting the rating form is to tap-and-hold on the icon in the Apps scope. Clicking Telegram in the 'App of the week' thing also works, but obviously, that doesn't help me for all the other apps.

In my case, when I try to rate an app that I rated before I can write the comments and the stars rating. But when I push the send button it seems to send it but the rating and comments don't appear in the app ratings.

@Sergi Please specify what channel and device you are on. The latest stable OTA update has review editing support now. Also, your complaint would have been separate from the issue raised in this bug.

I had this issue on Meizu MX4. Couldn't see review entry option in the app store. However, when I long press on App I could see the review entry controls.

I've reproduced it with ffsouthtyrolap app today. I can review it via preview in Apps scope, but in the Ubuntu Store scope the review input box is not displayed. This is the case for this app even after rebooting the phone.

I can reproduced this using steps from comment #4 to search for telegram and terminal
clicking on dekko in essentials did not allow a review whereas clicking all the others did

rc-rproposed v230

It seems consistent that certain paths to the app do not retain knowledge the app is installed although it does vary by app

Even in OTA-10 (on MX4) I still can't seem to leave a rating.

I choose a rating, enter some text, click to send and... nothing. I still have the option to leave a rating and/or comment.
