[wacom] Pen pressure is a little erratic

On a wacom sensor (ThinkPad X220T), I can paint in mir_demo_client_fingerpaint using the stylus/pen (and its eraser). Weirdly though the pen tip seems to only alternate between all-on and all-off. Meanwhile painting with the larger softer eraser end gives me a nice wide range of pressure visible in the fingerpaint demo as opacity.

I'm wondering if we're processing the "pressure" value incorrectly, or if this is just an unavoidable hardware issue.

One thing im aware of is that max pressure is device specific and needs to
be queried via a device enumeration API (In android and evdev terms, we can
do something different)

I thought it was normalized to [0,1] ... ?
