Bug Description

muranoclient/v1/packages.py in PackageManager.create doesn't use the base Manager requests call, because it's using a multipart mime type upload. However, this also means it misses any configured SSL connection options (like a CA cert, cert & key), as well as any other configured options. There's a bug https://bugs.launchpad.net/python-muranoclient/+bug/1354129 that also refers to this, and would fix this issue also.
