Hot bottom to minimize

Drag window to top will maximize. I'd suggest drag to bottom to minimize.

I don't think minimize should be an option. As desktop icon is something that separate you from your work, the same is for minimize. ALT-TAB is all one need. Plank will do this with the mouse. And it is faster to just go to plank with the mouse, than dragging things away on the screen

I found that looking for the icon as a way to minimize to be in the way of
the flow: getting a window away for the moment. Not saying minimize is
always a good solution (tiling VM usually don't have any minimize possible)
but more that it felt natural and currently does nothing special.
