---Steps to Reproduce---
The following error seen when lsvpd is installed:
sh: 1: "(" unexpected
That is, we see a syntax complaint from the shell while setting up lsvpd. The problem doesn't reproduce if I remove those same packages (even with purge) and re-install. I've only seen it when doing the initial install of lsvpd.
Install method: DVD
Install disk info: /dev/sda2, SAS (ipr)
Install ISO Information: Utopic Server ISO from Aug/Sep
Userspace tool common name: libvpd
The userspace tool has the following bit modes: 64 bit

Hi,
The patch is different because lsvpd uses libvpd for certain functions. They are tied to each other. The bug in lsvpd crops up because of certain aspects in libvpd. Hence changes in both the packages are required and I raised two different bugs for each change(lsvpd and libvpd). I have marked this change for the libvpd package.
