Renewal failure does not give feedback

Bug Description

On the Items checked out page, if all of the items are disabled for renewal (in my case there was just one), the check box for selecting ALL items is still enabled, but it does not do anything. Checking it does not select the disabled item, and clicking renew selected is enabled even though no items are selected. Clicking Renew Selected gives no feedback that no books were renewed. The only clue is that the page does not change. The renewal date is not updated.

Suggested changes
Warn if no items were renewed.

What version is this, and is it standalone staff client or the webclient?

I suspect, but haven't checked to confirm, that it's the My Account Items Checked Out page in the public catalog.

I am pretty sure it is here. I don't have anything out at the moment, so I
cannot be sure.

Confirmed that this still happens in 3.2.2 in the My Account --> Items Checked Out page. All line items are unable to be renewed, and their checkboxes are grayed out (in this case due to no renewals remaining); however, the select all checkbox works and I get a confirmation to renew the items, and them nothing. They are not renewed & I'm not told why.

Noting that in the 3.8 Bootstrap OPAC you can no longer select items that cannot be renewed, but the Renew Selected Items button still appears and is still functional.

A nice improvement would be to gray out the button until at least one item is selected.
