catalan (valencian) translation

I send you a po file with catalan (valencian) translation. Catalan (valencian) is a variant of catalan language with iso code ca_ES@valencia

First, also for this translation the same comment as to bug 1415537 applies.

Second, the Catalan translation in Hugin was not updated for nearly 10 years. And now there are 2 sub-variants. And for the next release there will be some updates to the pot file and so the po files needs to updated again. So you should be prepared to do this again and not leave after the first shot.

I send the Catalan (Valencian) translation revised. Please check the translation.
I maintain catalan and catalan (valencian) translations of some programs for some years ago.
I tested Hugin and like it. If there is a mail list of «calling translators» I would like to enroll.

Thanks, committed the changes to repository.
Added the language also to the drop down box in the preferences dialog.
