Once added a custom internet APN cannot be edited

Bug Description
In System Settings, Cellular, Carrier, APN, once you add a custom internet APN, you are unable to edit it.
The only way is to use command line to remove it so you can re-insert it:
1) stop ofono
2) backup the existing gprs file from /var/lib/
edit the gprs file and remove the offending apns
3) reboot

When the reported selects Custom Internet APN... she is presented with a blank form and each time an additional context is created
