Bug Description

I use a Lenovo i5 Z500 which is dual boot with Windows 7 and Ubuntu 14.04.1 ( 64 bits ) and has Intel 4000HD and 2Go Nvidia GT 740 as Graphic Cards and 1To HD.

I recently install the kernel 3.18.3. Everything went well during the installation process but on rebooting the system : KERNEL PANIC !
I shutdown the computer and boot to choose the kernel 3.14.x instead then many "System Error" pup up on the sceen : " Sorry , an error occurs while installing application. NVIDIA 346 and VirtualBox.
I want to know how to fix it.
If you have any idea please feel free to respond.

This looks like a mainline kernel from the Ubuntu Kernel PPA. Either uninstall it and revert to the stock kernel or install the apprioriate linux-headers-3.18... headers package.

Changed in bbswitch (Ubuntu):
status: New → Invalid
