Test Case:
1. Create a new emulator:
  $ sudo ubuntu-emulator create rtm --channel=ubuntu-touch/ubuntu-rtm/14.09-proposed
2. Start it
  $ ubuntu-emulator run rtm

Actual Result:
The emulator never starts and is stuck on busybox

I tried with rtm, rtm-proposed, devel and devel-proposed. They all fail in a same way.
