Lubuntu-default and Lubuntu-dark-panel have latent Gtk property bugs

Running a search for malformed property declarations within theme files, I found the following entries...

$ grep -rn -e "Gtk.*FALSE" /usr/share/themes/
/usr/share/themes/Lubuntu-default/gtk-2.0/apps/lubuntu_scrollbar.rc:8: GtkScrollbar ::activate-slider = FALSE
/usr/share/themes/Lubuntu-dark-panel/gtk-2.0/apps/lubuntu_scrollbar.rc:8:GtkScrollbar ::activate-slider = FALSE

...and these lines seem to be triggering a console error for every GTK app like...

Gtk-Message: (for origin information, set GTK_DEBUG): failed to retrieve property `GtkRange::activate-slider' of type `gboolean' from rc file value "((GString*) 0x98d9640)" of type `GString'

Which according to this page, can be fixed by rewriting the value 'FALSE', to read instead '0'
