Bug Description

[ Description ]

Multi-Arch: no is valid, but dose-distcheck gives a fatal error when it's encountered.

[ Proposed fix ]

Add "no" as a valid value, as for "none".

[ QA ]

Add a vivid deb line to sources.list on a trusty system.

(trusty-amd64)root@vivid:/# dose-distcheck deb:///var/lib/apt/lists/sherwood_ubuntu_dists_vivid_main_binary-amd64_Packages
Fatal error: exception Format822.Type_error("Field Multi-Arch has a wrong value : no")
(trusty-amd64)root@vivid:/# apt-get install dose-distcheck/trusty # install the new one
# […]
(trusty-amd64)root@vivid:/# dose-distcheck deb:///var/lib/apt/lists/sherwood_ubuntu_dists_vivid_main_binary-amd64_Packages

total-packages: 8482
broken-packages: 18

[ Regression potential ]

Adds a new accepted value to a case which is already handled. Could be that erroneous values are no longer rejected.

 [ Development fix ]

Fixed in 3.2.2-3, which is in vivid.

Hello Iain, or anyone else affected,

Accepted dose3 into trusty-proposed. The package will build now and be available at http://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/dose3/3.1.3-7ubuntu0.1 in a few hours, and then in the -proposed repository.

Please help us by testing this new package. See https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Testing/EnableProposed for documentation how to enable and use -proposed. Your feedback will aid us getting this update out to other Ubuntu users.

If this package fixes the bug for you, please add a comment to this bug, mentioning the version of the package you tested, and change the tag from verification-needed to verification-done. If it does not fix the bug for you, please add a comment stating that, and change the tag to verification-failed. In either case, details of your testing will help us make a better decision.

Further information regarding the verification process can be found at https://wiki.ubuntu.com/QATeam/PerformingSRUVerification . Thank you in advance!
