Bug Description

The cron script is detecting html output by grepping for "<html>". However, fwlogwatch is outputting

<html xmlns="http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml" xml:lang="en">

when in html mode. This is easily fixed by grepping for "</html>" instead.
