Please sync clutter-1.0 1.20.0-1 (main) from Debian unstable (main)

Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
  * 0001-evdev-Follow-libinput-enum-rename.patch,
    0001-evdev-Used-floating-point-instead-of-fixed-point-num.patch,
    0001-evdev-Update-after-libinput-API-changes.patch: Take patches from
    upstream to build against newer libinput. Drop (sync) when updating
    gnome-shell/mutter to 3.14
  * Bump libinput requirement to ≥ 0.4

Patches have been applied upstream and B-D is fixed already in Debian, as well.
