Bug Description
We've identified a commit in 3.16 to fix S3 on certain Baytrail systems, but it alone is not enough to fix the bug when backported to 3.13. Further investigation shows that it would likely need backporting chunks of i915 from 3.14 which is not feasible. The better option is to switch BYT to use i915_bdw, which has been tested to be stable.
