New upstream release 9.4rc1

We half-accidentally synced postgresql 9.4 into utopic while it was still in beta stage. Now the first release candidate is out, which we should put into utopic as per the standing micro release exception. The on-disk format didn't change, so upgrades will work fine. See http://www.postgresql.org/about/news/1555/ for the upstream announcement.

We will update utopic to 9.4 final when it gets released.

Accepted postgresql-9.4 into utopic-proposed. The package will build now and be available at https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/postgresql-9.4/9.4~rc1-1~0ubuntu0.14.10 in a few hours, and then in the -proposed repository.

Please help us by testing this new package. See https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Testing/EnableProposed for documentation how to enable and use -proposed. Your feedback will aid us getting this update out to other Ubuntu users.

If this package fixes the bug for you, please add a comment to this bug, mentioning the version of the package you tested, and change the tag from verification-needed to verification-done.
