Bug Description
When editing a page, under the "Edit content" tab:
When a screen reader user focuses on the "image" block, the screen reader reads the following text description:
"A single image from your files area Image"
The text description would be more understandable if it read:
"Image: A single image from your files area"
Similarly, under the Media tab:
* Select files for people to download (see Content -> Files) File(s) to download
* A single folder from your files area (see Content -> Files) Folder
* A collection of images from your files area or an external gallery Image gallery
* A single html file from your files area Some HTML
* Select files for embedded viewing Embedded media
Recommendations for the above text descriptions:
* File(s) to download: Select files for people to download (see Content -> Files)
* Folder: A single folder from your files area (see Content -> Files)
* Image gallery: A collection of images from your files area or an external gallery
* Some HTML: A single html file from your files area
* Embedded media: Select files for embedded viewing
The same type of recommendation applies to the other tabs (Journals,General, Personal info, External)
Screen readers used:
JAWS for Windows
Orca for Ubuntu

Marking this as high as basically the title of the block comes after the description for the block making it very hard for screen reader users to find the block they are looking for.
