Bug Description

Russian letter Г can either have no serifs at all (which is usually the case for sans-serif fonts), or should have serifs both at the main stem, and at the top arm (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ge_(Cyrillic)#mediaviewer/File:Cyrillic_letter_Ge_-_uppercase_and_lowercase.svg).

In the current version of Ubuntu Sans Mono the letter Г has a huge serif in the lower end of the stem and no serifs at the top arm. It looks really ugly.
