lsar -L doesn't show actual timestamp of files, but formatting string:
Last modified: yyyyMMdd hh:mm a
---
-l shows Date and Time correctly for the same archive.

lsar -v
v1.8

I get the same result with unar 1.8.1-4 on Ubuntu Wily (older versions are possibly affected too). I was also able to reproduce the issue on Debian Sid, so I've reported it there as well, see attached bug watch.
