Bug Description

This is for the emulator. I just run it for the emulator, and it got the following error:

Invalid framework "ubuntu-core15.04-dev1"

This was tested using the ubuntu-kylin 14.10 with the bootable USB image. It is clean installation!

The framework list comes directly from the store. Your device/emulator does not provide
support for that framework.

Pull the most recent framework as default framework in new project, confsued the developer. Most of developer will use stable deveopment enviroment, but not the `most recent` and unstable one.

There should be two solution for improve user experience on this case
1. Add a new dialog in the new app wizard for asking which framework is going to be used.
2. Pick the most recent *framework* based on the developement *kit* and project *type* the developer selected.
