Bug Description
When trying to connect to a finicky wireless AP, I got this behaviour (and was able to repeat three times):
wireless connects to network
I log in via the web login, and get internet
after thirty seconds, the network drops me
Network Manager gets the connection back, and then loses it (a couple of times)
the Network Manager icon freezes, and Gnome freezes - I get mouse and open windows continue to function, but no keyboard and I can't open any new windows
I'm using Feisty on a Dell Precision laptop with a Broadcom 4309 wireless chipset, using the bcm43xx driver.
This only seems to happen with this one network - wireless works fine at home!
I can't find any obvious crash in the logs, but maybe I don't know where to look?

I should also mention that I was unable to ctrl-alt-num to any other terminals, or to shut down the computer normally (though the log says it received a shutdown signal)
