themes missing c32 links for utopic

Bug Description
[Impact]
In utopic more c32 files need linking to ensure live-build can come up with a working syslinux installation. Without the additional links live-build and thus ubuntu-
This does not affect ubuntu-cdimage as that one copies specific c32s manually.
The fix for this problem is to link all c32s ubuntu-cdimage copies.

link to point to an actual path.
