Please add pre-requisites to the CD

Bug Description
Please add pre-requisites to the alternative CD as well so that we can fully support cdrom->cdrom upgrades. Attached is a simple patch that will add them onto the CD. In the future it might be nice to have them accessible via apt-cdrom as regular packages, but for now just having them on the CD will do nicely.
