libguestfs requires hivex

libguestfs requires hivex as a dependency but is not specified. The package is already on ISO.

libguestfs-test-tool fails with:
guestfsd: error while loading shared libraries: libhivex.so.0: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

Nova compute has a message in its logs:
2014-10-23 10:10:24.316 16356 DEBUG nova.virt.disk.api [req-93857bd3-4637-43c4-919f-bde24b7e8c89 None] Unable to mount image /var/lib/nova/instances/8183f834-5120-4ab5-96d5-c7554d9fddbb/disk with error libguestfs installed but not usable (guestfs_launch failed.

This issue reproduced also on MOS 5.1 (we found this with Tempest tests), need to fix in MOS 5.1.1

The commit for branch 6.0 is under tests now, please see the link

As soon as tests finished and reviewed it will be merged.
