release notes link fails to link

Bug Description
Binary package hint: ubiquity
Left clicking the "release notes" button does not appear to cause anything to happen. Right clicking allows the link to be copied to the clipboard, but when pasted is "http://
Expected behaviour: clicking the link should open the release notes in firefox, and the link should be pasted with the appropriate language (e.g. "en") rather than "lang=${LANG}"
