Bug Description

Binary package hint: unzip

Ubuntu's unzip has a special patch that allows it to handle non-standard charsets with the options -O and -I (more info at https://blueprints.launchpad.net/unzip/+spec/unzip-detect-filename-encoding). However, this patch doesn't update the manpage, which does not document these new options.
