tk-brief dependencies should be changed to allow texlive

Bug Description

Binary package hint: tk-brief

If you use texlive as your latex distribution and you install tk-brief with Synaptic, texlive will be uninstalled and tetex will be installed. Please change the dependencies in that manner, that tk-brief works together with texlive.

tk-brief (5.9-1ubuntu3) gutsy; urgency=low

  * Add versioned b-d for debhelper
  * Bump standards version to 3.7.2 (No changes)
  * Depend on texlive-latex-extra, not tetex-extra (LP: #138269)
