Please enable 2d accel on nexus devices

AIUI, it was verified that Ubuntu's reference hardware is capable of supporting 2d accelerated canvas. It would be nice to enable this since so many people are using Ubuntu Touch as their primary phone. Thanks!

For info, it is enabled on the n4, but not necessarily on all nexus devices.
We will need the details of gpu/driver combos used on the various models,
to verify and whitelist.
