Error in sphinx output + "make doc" failure on buildbot

Some import issues. I also get some when running yadeSphinx.py locally on ubuntu 12.04.

The problem appeared while switching to "sphinx-build" system call [1]. Anton, could you please have a look?

It seems, this problem is solved in this commit [1]. It was necessary to
do due to changes of new Sphinx.

But we still have some problems with generation of python-code [2].
Something like:

Yade [1]: TriaxialTest(numberOfGrains=200).load()
---------------------------------------------------------------------------
NameError Traceback (most recent call last)
/home/buildbot/yade/yade-full/install/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/yade-buildbot/py/yade/__init__.pyc
in <module>()

NameError: name 'yade' is not defined

Yade [2]: len(O.bodies)
Out[2]: 0

The fix for this bug is done partly. Thus I am not closing it but reduce the severity. Need to fix it completely.
